- Approximately 12 thick bacon slices
- 1 small fresh pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 3 large peeled bananas, into 1-inch [2.5-cm] thick slices

- Weave 1 strip bacon around 3 fresh pineapple cubes and 2 banana slices onto each wooden skewer.
- Refrigerate until ready to barbecue.
- Grill over hot charcoals until bacon is done, for about 2 minutes, turning.
