Pork, Beef and Chicken Bites
Comments: Serve these bites along with 2 or 3 different barbecue sauces, into separate bowls.

  • 2 [3/4 to 1-inch / 2 to 2.5-cm thick] boneless pork chops weighing 5 to 6 ounces [142 to 170 g] each
  • 2 chicken whites
  • 1 [1-inch / 2.5-cm] thick 8-ounce [227-g] boneless surlonge steak
  • Any desired mixed spices for meat, vegetable... or popcorn
  • Wooden picks
  • Preheat barbecue to medium intensity.
  • Season prok chops and chiken whites to taste with desired mixed spices.
  • Grill together
    pork chops over direct heat for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part indicates 160°F [70°C],
    chicken whites also for approximately 12 à 15 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part indicates 170°F [76°C],
    steak for approximately 14 to 18 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part indicates 145°F [63°C], 'MEDIUM-RARE', or for 18 to 20 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part indicates 160°F [70°C] 'MEDIUM'.
  • Cut done pork, chicken and beef into bite-size pieces.
  • Insert a wooden pick into each bite, and serve.
