- 2 chicken whites
- 1 [1-inch / 2.5-cm] thick 8-ounce [227-g] boneless surlonge steak
- Any desired mixed spices for meat, vegetable... or popcorn

- Preheat barbecue to medium intensity.
- Season prok chops and chiken whites to taste with desired mixed spices.
- Grill together
pork chops over direct heat for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part indicates 160°F [70°C], chicken whites also for approximately 12 à 15 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part indicates 170°F [76°C], steak for approximately 14 to 18 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part indicates 145°F [63°C], 'MEDIUM-RARE', or for 18 to 20 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part indicates 160°F [70°C] 'MEDIUM'.
- Cut done pork, chicken and beef into bite-size pieces.
- Insert a wooden pick into each bite, and serve.
