Spicy Duck Bites [or oven]

Comments: Great for a quick and easy appetizer before meals.
If first time for this recipe, I recommend that you start out with a few pieces to get the hang of it as the bacon will char easily.
Also great baked in the oven.
Servings: 4 to 6

  • 8 duck breasts, skinned, boned and halved nto 16 pieces
  • A1 steak sauce
  • Halved bacon slices, preferably hickory smoked
  • Jalepeno pepper slices
  • Toothpicks
  • If possible, leave duck breast pieces to marinate in A1 sauce for a few hours, or if there is not enough time, just brush it on while grilling.
  • After marinating, wrap each pieces into a half of a slice of bacon and put a jalepeno slice between the duck and the bacon.
  • Put two toothpicks crosswise through each piece.
  • Grill for 3 to 5 minutes watching out because it will burn easily.
  • Once the bacon is done, the duck is done.
