Grilled Marinated Pork Chops [barbecue]

  • 8 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] honey
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] oil
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] crushed chiles
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespon [15 mL] soy sauce
  • 1 cup [250 mL] chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Into a glas dish, mix together all ingredients except pork chops.
  • Add pork chops; leave to marinate refrigerated, for 6 to 12 hours.
  • Barbecue drained pork chops until done and turning once, brushing meat with marinade while cooking.
