- 8 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] honey
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] oil
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] crushed chiles
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespon [15 mL] soy sauce
- 1 cup [250 mL] chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Into a glas dish, mix together all ingredients except pork chops.
- Add pork chops; leave to marinate refrigerated, for 6 to 12 hours.
- Barbecue drained pork chops until done and turning once, brushing meat with marinade while cooking.
