Excellent served at breakfast along with scrambled eggs, and any favorite muffins. While frying, it is important to watch and turn bacon slices often, making sure that charcoals stay just warm at all times. You want to slowly brown the bacon until golden to get evenly crisp bacon slices, without getting flames from melting fat which would burn the bacon. If desired, you can also use well-drained canned pineapple slices. |
