Four [4] Ways with Grilled Steaks

For more flavour and juicyness, select steaks just streaked with fat.
These can also be broiled.
Serve first and fourth grilled steaks along with grilled vegetables, second ones along with a tossed salad, and third ones with a spinach or orange salad

  • 1 pound [454 g] grilling steaks [top sirloin, loin, strip loin, rib-eye, rib or tenderloin], 1-inch [2.5-cm] thick
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] original, fruity or spicy HP sauce

  • 2 [10-inch / 25-cm] each flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] original, fruity or spicy HP sauce
  • Fresh mushroom slices
  • Green onion slices
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese

  • 8 flour tortillas, to taste
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Original, fruity or spicy HP sauce
  • Guacamole or sour cream

  • Boiled pasta noodles, semolina or minute rice
  • Original, fruity or spicy HP sauce
  • Grill steaks, over medium-high heat, for 10 to 14 minutes [rare], 14 to 18 minutes [medium] or 18 to 22 minutes [well-done], turning steaks only once or twice while grilling, using tongues.
  • Towards the end of grilling time, generously brush steaks with original, fruity or spicy HP sauce.
  • Serve steaks, along with grilled vegetables.

  • Grill steaks, over medium-high heat, for 10 to 14 minutes [rare], 14 to 18 minutes [medium] or 18 to 22 minutes [well-done], turning steaks only once or twice while grilling, using tongues.
  • Towards the end of grilling time, generously brush steaks with original, fruity or spicy HP sauce.
  • Meanwhile, spread flatbreads with original, fruity or spicy HP sauce.
  • Top to taste with mushroom and green onion slices; sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese.
  • Very thinly slice grilled hot steaks; garnish pizza flatbreads with steak slices.
  • Transfer onto barbecue rack, over medium heat for approximately 15 minutes, to melt the cheese.
  • Serve, along with a tossed green salad.

  • Grill steaks, over medium-high heat, for 10 to 14 minutes [rare], 14 to 18 minutes [medium] or 18 to 22 minutes [well-done], turning steaks only once or twice while grilling, using tongues.
  • Towards the end of grilling time, generously brush steaks with original, fruity or spicy HP sauce.
  • Meanwhile, heat tortillas.
  • Very thinly slice grilled hot steaks; garnish tortillas with steaks slices.
  • Top with grated Cheddar cheese, original, fruity or spicy HP sauce and guacamole or sour cream; roll tortillas.
  • Serve, along with a spinach or orange salad.
