- Grill steaks, over medium-high heat, for 10 to 14 minutes [rare], 14 to 18 minutes [medium] or 18 to 22 minutes [well-done], turning steaks only once or twice while grilling, using tongues.
- Towards the end of grilling time, generously brush steaks with original, fruity or spicy HP sauce.
- Serve steaks, along with grilled vegetables.
