  • 4 T-Bone steaks
Fine herbs marinade
  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] olive oil
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] freshly minced parsley
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] freshly minced basil
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • Pepper
  • Mix together all marinade ingredients.
  • Marinate steaks, refrigerated, for 1 hour.
  • Barbecue steaks, to taste.
