Fine herbs marinade
- 2/3 cup [160 mL] olive oil
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] freshly minced parsley
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] freshly minced basil
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- Pepper

- Mix together all marinade ingredients.
- Marinate steaks, refrigerated, for 1 hour.
- Barbecue steaks, to taste.
