- 1 Italian-Style round flat bread
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] olive oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- Evenly brush top of bread with olive oil.
- Evenly sprinkle with chopped green onion, chopped parsley and then with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Barbecue onto an oiled barbecue rack, over medium heat, lid closed, for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden and crunchy underneath.
- Check often, as it easily burns.
- Serve, cut into wedges.
