- 12 ounces [340 g] chicken whites
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] water
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] ground pepper
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 8 ounces / 227 g [3 cups / 750 mL] multi-colored pasta twists
- 3 cups [750 mL] romaine lettuce
- 1 large tomato

- Preheat barbecue.
- Arrange chicken whites onto hot barbecue rack.
- Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise, water, barbecue sauce, white vinegar and ground pepper into a large bowl until well blended.
- Fry bacon until very crisp; break-up into small bits.
- Boil pasta noodles following package directions; drain.
- Break-up lettuce into small pieces; dice the tomato.
- Add drained pasta noodles to mayonnaise mixture stirring until well coated.
- Cut chicken whites into bite-size pieces and add to noodles, along with crisp bacon bits, lettuce pices and tomato dices.
- Mix well, and serve.
