- 1/4 cup [60 mL] Jalapeno sauce
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] vegetable oil
- 2 pounds [1 kg] chicken wings
- 1 large zipper storage bag
Jalapeno Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] catsup
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] Jalapeno sauce

- Into a small bowl, combine Jalapeno sauce, lime juice and oil; set aside.
- Cut chicken wings at joints; discard tips.
- Transfer wings into a zipper storage bag.
- Pour in jalapeno mixture.
- Zip top closed, removing excess air.
- Turn bag over several times to well coat chicken pieces.
- Marinate for 3 hours or overnight, refrigerated, turning bag occasionally.
- Preheat barbecue to medium intensity.
- Remove wings from bag, reserving marinade.
- Grill wings for 20 to 30 minutes, turning and basting often with reserved marinade.
- Discard any remaining marinade.
- Meanwhile, mix together Jalapeno dipping sauce ingredients [catsup and Jalapeno sauce].
- Serve wings, along with dipping sauce.
