Chicken Patties, Garlic Sauce

Garlic sauce can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
IngredientsPreparation
  • l pound [454 g] ground chicken or turkey
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] finely chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper
Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] plain yogurt
  • Garlic, to taste
  • Parsley
  • Preheat barbecue.
  • Mix together ground chicken or turkey, mayonnaise, green onions and celery; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Shape into approximately 4 patties.
  • Barbecue patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
  • Meanwhile, mix together all garlic sauce ingredients; serve, along with patties.
