- Preheat barbecue.
- Mix together ground chicken or turkey, mayonnaise, green onions and celery; salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape into approximately 4 patties.
- Barbecue patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, mix together all garlic sauce ingredients; serve, along with patties.
