- 4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cubed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chicken broth powder
- Oregano, to taste
- 5 to 6 tablespoons [75 to 90 mL] olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon

- Mix together chicken breasts cubes, garlic cloves, chicken broth powder, oregano, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Transfer into an airtight container.
- Marinate for 24 hours, refrigerated.
- Preheat barbecue.
- Thread chicken cubes onto skewers.
- Barbecue until no longer pink inside.
