Italian-Style Barbecued Chicken

  • 1 bottle zesty Italian salad dressing
  • 2 chicken breasts or
    4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
  • Reserve 3/4 cup [190 mL] salad dressing.
  • Pour remaining salad dressing over chicken breasts or whites.
  • Cover and refrigerate for many hours.
  • Preheat barbecue to medium intensity.
  • Barbecue chicken breasts for 45 minutes [chicken whites for 20 minutes], until no longer pink inside.
  • Brush with reserved salad dressing while cooking.
