- 1 bottle zesty Italian salad dressing
- 2 chicken breasts or
4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned

- Reserve 3/4 cup [190 mL] salad dressing.
- Pour remaining salad dressing over chicken breasts or whites.
- Cover and refrigerate for many hours.
- Preheat barbecue to medium intensity.
- Barbecue chicken breasts for 45 minutes [chicken whites for 20 minutes], until no longer pink inside.
- Brush with reserved salad dressing while cooking.
