Texas-Style Barbecue Sauce

Brush over beef, pork or chicken, while barbecueing.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 2 cups [500 mL] softened butter
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] dry mustard
- 5 ounces [155 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] wine vinegar
- 3 tablespons [45 mL] lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Tabasco sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Red pepper, to taste

- Combine softened butter and dry mustard into a bowl, until well blended.
- Mix in all remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Reheat and use to brush over meat while barbecueing.
