Barbecue Coating or Sauce for Pork
Comments: This coating can also be served hot into a sauceboat, as a sauce along with pork.

  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic salt
  • Dehydrated onion pieces, to taste
  • Into a saucepan, bring together all ingredients to a boil.
  • Use warm mixture to brush pork while grilling.
