Barbecue Coating for Chicken
Comments: Use to brush chicken while barbecueing.

  • 1/4 cup [60 g] butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] mayonnaise
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons [37.5 mL] vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Mix together melted butter and mayonnaise.
  • Well mix in lemon juice and vinegar.
  • Salt, pepper and mix.
