Comments:	This excellent homemade barbecue coating is just what your steaks, brochettes and burgers need while grilling!
Ingredients	Preparation
3 tablespoons [45 mL] Worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup [190 mL] catsup 2 tablespoons [30 mL] brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced	Mix together all ingredients. Use to brush meat, not too long before the end of cooking time, to avoid burning.
