Roast Beef Seasoning

Comments:	Quantities can easily be divided or multiplied, according to the size of the roast. Sprinkle roast on all sides with mixture, pressing it in with your fingers. Barbecue roast beef to taste.

1 teaspoon [5 mL] garlic salt 1 teaspoon [5 mL] onion salt 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Hickory smoke salt 1 teaspoon [5 mL] rosemary 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] ground black pepper	Well mix together all ingredients.
