Lemony Hot Pepper Herbs Seasoning

Excellent to grill pork, and poultry.
Any remaining seasoning can be kept, frozen.
Use this seasoning alone, or along with your favorite barbecue sauce.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1/4 cup [60 g] sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] chili powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] caraway
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] oregano
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] coriander
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] freshly grated lemon rind

- Well mix together all ingredients.
- Quite a few hours before barbecueing, lightly press coating over pork or poultry.
