Spicy Beef Sauce

If you like spicy sauces, have this sauce on hand all summer long; it will keep for many weeks, refrigerated into a sealed jar.
Serve it really hot, along with barbecued patties or steaks, or generously brush this sauce onto hamburger patties or onto steaks while barbecueing.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 [7 1/2-ounce / 213-mL] can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] black pepper
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] instant coffee powder
- Drop Tabasco sauce

- Into a medium-size casserole, mix together all the ingredients; bring to a boil, over medium-high heat.
- Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes; pour into a small sterilized jar[s], seal and refrigerate.
