- Fresh giant shrimps
- 1 anchovy fillet per shrimp
- 1/2 cut lengthwise slice bacon per shrimp

- Preheat barbecue until hot.
- Shell shrimps; remove veins.
- Slit open the back of each shrimp thickwise, being careful not to cut through.
- Insert 1 anchovy fillet into each shrimp.
- Roll 1/2 slice bacon all around each stuffed shrimp.
- Secure bacon with toothpicks.
- Turning often, barbecue shrimp bites over hot barbecue rack until bacon is crisp.
- Be careful not to overcook the shrimps as you want is hot and juicy not dry bites.
