- 12 fresh oysters
- 3 ounces [90 mL] Cajun really spicy butter marinade
- 12 slices bacon

- Leave some charcoals to soak in water for 1 hour; prepare smoker.
- Open oyster shells and remove oysters from shells; reserve deeper halves of shells.
- Inject each of the oysters with 1/4 ounce [7.5 mL] Cajun really spicy butter marinade.
- Individually wrap each oyster into 1 slice of bacon.
- Arrange wrapped oysters into reserved shell halves.
- Transfer onto preheated smoker wire rack.
- Smoke oysters for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, until firm.
