- Large shrimps [to garnish]
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] oil
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 1 avocado
- Crackers

- Boil and cool shrimps.
- Mix together mayonnaise, oil and lemon juice; reserve refrigerated.
- Just before serving, peel and slice avocado.
- Top each cracker with 1 slice avocado.
- Top with a little mayonnaise mixture.
- Top with a shrimp.
