- 1 pack cream cheese
- 1 cup [250 mL] ground cooked chicken
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup [250 mL] chopped walnuts
- Stuffed olives, halved

- Mix together cream cheese, ground chicken, salt and pepper.
- Shape into small balls; roll into chopped walnuts.
- If desired, balls can now be frozen and thawed, refrigerated, before serving.
- To serve, prick each ball with a toothpick; top toothpicks with an olive half.
