Chicken Balls

Comments: These bites, with a delicate taste, are a sure bet for all occasions.
  • 1 pack cream cheese
  • 1 cup [250 mL] ground cooked chicken
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup [250 mL] chopped walnuts
  • Stuffed olives, halved
  • Mix together cream cheese, ground chicken, salt and pepper.
  • Shape into small balls; roll into chopped walnuts.
  • If desired, balls can now be frozen and thawed, refrigerated, before serving.
  • To serve, prick each ball with a toothpick; top toothpicks with an olive half.
