- 1 Viennese bread or French bread stick
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] salad dressing, mayonnaise style
- 1 cup [225 g] grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] stoned ripe olives, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] pepper

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Slice bread into 20 slices.
- Mix together salad dressing, Mozzarella cheese, ripe olives, chopped tomato, garlic, oregano and pepper; spread over bread slices.
- Arrange slices onto a baking sheet.
- Bake into preheated oven for 15 minutes, until cheese has melted.
- Serve hot.
