- 1 sweet red pepper
- 2 to 3 tablespoons [30 to 45 g] butter
- 1/2 pound [113 g] cream cheese
- 1 [4 1/2-ounce / 120-g] can crabmeat, well drained
- 8 English muffin halves

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Blanch sweet red pepper into boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Drain then cut sweet red pepper into tiny dices.
- Melt butter into a saucepan.
- Stir in cream cheese, until melted.
- Mix in drained crabmeat and sweet red pepper dices.
- Spread mixture over English muffin halves.
- Melt into preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Then brown under broiler until golden.
- Serve immediately.
