- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] cumin
- 4 chicken whites, into cubes
- 1 large red apple, diced
Creamy Curry Dip
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise-style salad dressing
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] sour cream
- 1 [8-ounce / 250-mL] can crushed pineapple
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] curry powder

- Prepare creamy curry dip.
- Heat together vegetable oil, curry powder and cumin into a large frypan.
- Stir-fry together chicken cubes and apple dices until chicken is cooked and appple is tender, for about 5 minutes.
- Prick a toothpick into each chicken cube and apple dice.
- Serve, along with dip.
Creamy Curry Dip
- Mix together mayonnaise-style salad dressing, sour cream, crushed pineapple, chopped green onions and curry powder.
- Chill until ready to serve.
