- 48 slices soft bread [crusts removed]
- Melted butter
- Fresly minced parsley
Filling
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] salad dressing
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] slivered toasted almonds
- 1/3 cup [75 g] finely grated Swiss cheese
- 1 chopped green onion

- Mix together all filling ingredients.
- Flatten bread slices 1/4-inch [1-cm] thick, using a rolling pin.
- Spread 1 heaping tablespoon [15 mL] filling along one side of each slice of bread.
- Roll-up.
- Half roll.
- Transfer onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Brush rolls with melted butter.
- Just before baking, sprinkle rolls with minced parsley.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 15 minutes, until golden.
