Fresh Cheese Shrimps

Serve into a deep bowl, with thin carrot sticks, broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets and other vegetable pieces, to taste.
Servings: 10
  • 1 can shrimps
  • 1 or 2 onions
  • 1 box fresh St Moret-style cheese
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper [5-peppercorns]
  • Puree together shrimps and onions into a food processor until smooth.
  • Mix in fresh cheese.
  • Pour in a few drops Worcestershire sauce.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
