- 1 cup [250 g] cream cheese
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] sour cream
- 1 can finely chopped cocktail shrimps, or fresh shrimps
- 1 bottle seafood cocktail sauce
- 2 cups [450 g] grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup [250 mL] finely chopped red or other color sweet pepper
- 1 cup [250 mL] finely chopped green onions
- 1 cup [250 mL] diced tomatoes
- Crackers

- Soften cream cheese with mayonnaise or salad dressing and sour cream.
- Spread mixture onto a 12-inch [30-cm] plate.
- Top with shrimps, seafood cocktail sauce, Mozzarella cheese, chopped sweet pepper and green onions and finally, with tomato dices.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve, along with crackers.
