Baked Cheese Bites

8 ounces [227 g] Monterey Jack cheese	Slice cheese into 1/2-inch [1.3-cm] thick slices. Half each slice. Arrange cheese pieces 2 to 3 inches [5 to 7.5 cm] apart, onto a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°F] oven, for 10 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; drain onto paper toweling.
