- 8 ounces [227 g] softened cream cheese
- 3 cups [675 g] grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup [250 mL] freshly chopped parsley and/or finely chopped nuts

- Thoroughly mix together cream cheese and grated Cheddar cheese.
- Shape into 2 balls.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, or wrap into plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
- Just before serving, roll balls into chopped parsley and/or chopped nuts.
