Cheese Ball

Comments: Serve along with crackers.
  • 8 ounces [227 g] softened cream cheese
  • 3 cups [675 g] grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup [250 mL] freshly chopped parsley and/or finely chopped nuts
  • Thoroughly mix together cream cheese and grated Cheddar cheese.
  • Shape into 2 balls.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, or wrap into plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  • Just before serving, roll balls into chopped parsley and/or chopped nuts.
