- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] crispix cereals
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] mini cheese crackers
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] toasted unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup [250 mL] pretzel sticks
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] vegetable oil
- 1 [1 1/4-ounce / 35-g] package taco seasoning mix

- Into a large bowl, combine cereals, cheese crackers, pumpkin seeds, peanuts and pretzel sticks.
- Drizzle with oil; toss to coat well.
- Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix; toss to coat well.
- Spread mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 5 minutes; stir well.
- Bake for 5 minutes more.
- Completely cool onto baking sheet before storing.
