Creamy Shrimp Toasts

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] softened light cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry sherry or dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dill weed
  • Melba toasts
Toppings
  • Boiled shelled shrimps
  • Fresh dill sprigs
  • Into a medium-size bowl, beat together cream cheese, dry sherry or dry white wine, ketchup and dill weed.
  • Spoon mixture onto melba toasts.
  • Top each melba toast with one or more shrimps; decorate with a dill sprig.
