- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry sherry or dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dill weed

- Into a medium-size bowl, beat together cream cheese, dry sherry or dry white wine, ketchup and dill weed.
- Spoon mixture onto melba toasts.
- Top each melba toast with one or more shrimps; decorate with a dill sprig.
