- 1 [8-ounce / 250-mL] can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup [225 g] Old White Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cottage cheese
- 30 melba toasts
- Strawberry halves

- Combine pineapple chunks, shredded Cheddar cheese and cottage cheese.
- Spoon onto melba toasts.
- Top each with a strawberry half.
