Chunky Cheese Pineapple Toasts

  • 1 [8-ounce / 250-mL] can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup [225 g] Old White Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] cottage cheese
  • 30 melba toasts
  • Strawberry halves
  • Combine pineapple chunks, shredded Cheddar cheese and cottage cheese.
  • Spoon onto melba toasts.
  • Top each with a strawberry half.
