Easy Cheesy Cherry Tomatoes
Servings: Approximately 50 bites
  • 2 cups [500 mL] cherry tomatoes [approximately 25]
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] onion salt or minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0,5 mL] pepper
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons [30 to 45 g] grated Parmesan cheese
  • Half cherry tomatoes; arrange side-by-side, just touching each other, onto a serving plate.
  • Into a small bowl, mix together oregano, garlic salt, onion salt or minced onion, dill, pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Evenly sprinkle tomato halves with mixture.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
