- 1 [2 1/10-ounce / 60-g] pack tart phyllo pastry shells
- 1 ripe pear
- 4 ounces [113 g] Blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] light cream
- Freshly ground black pepper

- Bake pastry shells into preheated oven according to packaging instructions.
- Leave pastry shells to cool completely.
- Leave oven at 350°F [180°C].
- Peel, core and chop pear.
- Into a bowl, mix together Blue cheese crumbs, chopped pear éand cream.
- Season mixture to taste with freshly ground black pepper.
- Evenly fill cooled tart shells with mixture.
- Bake filled tarts into warm oven for 15 minutes.
- Leave to cool slightly, unmold and serve tarts, warm.
