- 1 cup [250 mL] whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup [140 g] all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] soy flour
- 1 cup [250 mL] rolled oats
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] baking powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] baking soda
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] egg powder
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] milk powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cinnamon
- 1 cup [225 g] margarine
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] raisins
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] walnuts
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] honey
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] molasses
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] oil
- 2 cups [500 mL] water

- Mix together all dry ingedients [whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, soy flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, egg powder, milk powder and cinnamon].
- Cut in margarine.
- Mix in raisins and walnuts.
- Then mix in honey, molasses, oil and water.
- Bake into a greased bread loaf pan, into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for about 2 hours.
