- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons [280 mL] warm water [70 to 80°F - 20 to 25°C]
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 g] butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] skimmed milk powder
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] sugar
- 3 cups [420 g] all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 g] active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] raisins

- Add all ingredients, except raisins, into the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Use your bread machine on fruits and nuts or white basic bread, medium/normal color, adding raisins as suggested by the manufacturer.
- Remove baked bread from mold.
- Cool onto a wire rack.
