Raisin Bread [bread machine]

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons [280 mL] warm water [70 to 80°F - 20 to 25°C]
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 g] butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] skimmed milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] sugar
  • 3 cups [420 g] all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 g] active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] raisins
  • Add all ingredients, except raisins, into the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
  • Use your bread machine on fruits and nuts or white basic bread, medium/normal color, adding raisins as suggested by the manufacturer.
  • Remove baked bread from mold.
  • Cool onto a wire rack.
