- 1 pack large crescent dough
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] heavy whipping cream [35%]
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] brown sugar

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Slice crescent dough roll into 9 evenly thick slices.
- Arrange slices, cut side down, over the bottom of a square 9-inch [23-cm] baking pan.
- Mix together cream and brown sugar before pouring mixture all over dough slices.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Leave to cool slightly before serving, still warm.
