Speedy Tofu Dish

  • 1 brick firm bean curd
  • Vegetable, olive or other oil
  • Soy or tamari sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Boiled rice or pasta
  • Sauteed vegetables
  • Cut bean curd into small dices.
  • Arrange dices into a glass baking pan; sprinkle with a little oil and a little soy or tamari sauce; sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Leave to marinate for a few minutes.
  • Stir-fry into a lightly oiled frypan until just crunchy.
  • Serve, along with boiled rice or pasta and sauteed vegetables, sprinkled with tamari or soy sauce, to taste.
