- 1 brick firm bean curd
- Vegetable, olive or other oil
- Soy or tamari sauce
- Garlic powder
- Boiled rice or pasta
- Sauteed vegetables

- Cut bean curd into small dices.
- Arrange dices into a glass baking pan; sprinkle with a little oil and a little soy or tamari sauce; sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Leave to marinate for a few minutes.
- Stir-fry into a lightly oiled frypan until just crunchy.
- Serve, along with boiled rice or pasta and sauteed vegetables, sprinkled with tamari or soy sauce, to taste.
