- 1 [1-pound / 454-g] brick bean curd, grated
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] oil
- 1 tablespoon [7 g] active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] sesame seeds
- Minced basil, to taste
- Finely chopped parsley, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 1 onion, minced
- Fine mushroom dices, to taste
- 1 celery stalk, chopped

- Mix together grated bean curd, oil, active dry yeast, tamari or soy sauce, sesame seeds, minced basil, chopped parsley, salt, minced onion, mushroom dices and chopped celery.
- Thinly spread over a cookie sheet.
- Broil under preheated oven broiler until golden brown, stirring often.
