Tofu Mayonnaise

Servings: 1 cup [250 mL]
  • 6 ounces [170 g] drained bean curd
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] dry mustard
  • Into a blender, mix together bean curd, lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper and dry mustard for 30 seconds, until smooth.
