- 1 pound [454 g] bean curd, crumbled
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] honey
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- Graham cracker pie shell

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Into a blender, mix together bean curd crumbs, sunflower oil, honey, cornstarch, vanilla, cocoa powder and salt.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake into preheated oven for 30 minutes, until chocolate mixture is no longer sticky to the touch.
