Chocolate Tofu Pie

  • 1 pound [454 g] bean curd, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] sunflower oil
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] honey
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Graham cracker pie shell
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Into a blender, mix together bean curd crumbs, sunflower oil, honey, cornstarch, vanilla, cocoa powder and salt.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake into preheated oven for 30 minutes, until chocolate mixture is no longer sticky to the touch.
