- 1 pound [454 g] firm bean curd, diced
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cumin
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Cayenne powder
- Minced garlic, to taste
- 1 1/3 teaspoons [6.5 mL] tamari sauce
- 1 1/3 teaspoons [6.5 mL] liquid aminos

- Mix together all ingredients into a bowl.
- Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Arrange seasoned bean curd dices onto an oiled cookie sheet.
