Fruit Punch

  • 2 packs raspberry-flavored gelatine powder
  • 1 can frozen fruit juice concentrate, your choice
  • 2 cups [500 mL] unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 4 cups [1 L] cold water
  • 2/3 cup [130 g] sugar
  • 1 bottle Ginger Ale
  • 2 trays mini or fancy shaped ice cubes
  • Into a bowl, mix together raspberry flavored gelatine powder, frozen fruit juice, pineapple juice, cold water and sugar.
  • Just before serving, pour in Ginger Ale.
  • Add ice cubes.
