For a change, use frozen lemonade, limeade or orange juice concentrates instead of punch concentrate.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 4 cups [1 L] milk
- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- 12 1/2 ounces [390 mL] frozen fruit juice concentrate
|
- Mix together milk, sugar and frozen fruit juice concentrate.
- Pour into a square 10-cup [2.5-L] mold.
- Cover and freeze until firm.
- Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
- To serve, into small bowls, flake mixture with a fork.
