Fruit Slush

Comments: For a change, use frozen lemonade, limeade or orange juice concentrates instead of punch concentrate.

IngredientsPreparation
  • 4 cups [1 L] milk
  • 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
  • 12 1/2 ounces [390 mL] frozen fruit juice concentrate
  • Mix together milk, sugar and frozen fruit juice concentrate.
  • Pour into a square 10-cup [2.5-L] mold.
  • Cover and freeze until firm.
  • Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
  • To serve, into small bowls, flake mixture with a fork.
