- 4 cups [1 L] milk
- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- 1 [12 1/2-ounce / 355-mL] can frozen fruit juice concentrate

- Mix together milk, sugar and fruit juice concentrate.
- Pour into a freezer-safe bowl.
- Cover and freeze until firm, for approximately 6 hours.
- To 'drink', flake mixture, scraping with a spoon.
