Small Creamy Hot Chocolate Cups

  • 7 ounces [200 g] semi-sweet chocolate
  • 6 teaspoons [30 g] sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 cap vanilla
  • 1 cup [250 mL] cream
  • 1 cup [250 mL] milk
  • Into a food processor, process chocolate and sugar, pulsing on-off a few times, until mixture resembles powder.
  • Add egg yolks and vanilla.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Bring together cream and milk to a boil.
  • Pour hot mixture into running food processor.
  • Pour into small cups.
  • Serve, hot.
