- 7 ounces [200 g] semi-sweet chocolate
- 6 teaspoons [30 g] sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cap vanilla
- 1 cup [250 mL] cream
- 1 cup [250 mL] milk

- Into a food processor, process chocolate and sugar, pulsing on-off a few times, until mixture resembles powder.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla.
- Process until smooth.
- Bring together cream and milk to a boil.
- Pour hot mixture into running food processor.
- Pour into small cups.
- Serve, hot.
