Foamy Fruit Cocktail

  • 1 cup [250 mL] canned crushed pineapple, in syrup
  • 1 cup [250 mL] light vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] canned into their own juice peache slices, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] vanilla
  • 2 cups [500 mL] crushed ice
  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • Mint sprigs [optional]
  • Into a food processor or a blender, mix together crushed pineapple, vanilla yogurt, peache slices and vanilla, until smooth.
  • Add crushed ice; process until smooth.
  • Pour into individual glasses.
  • Decorate glasses with banana slices and, if desired, with mint sprigs.
  • Serve immediately.
