- 1 cup [250 mL] canned crushed pineapple, in syrup
- 1 cup [250 mL] light vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] canned into their own juice peache slices, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] vanilla
- 2 cups [500 mL] crushed ice
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- Mint sprigs [optional]

- Into a food processor or a blender, mix together crushed pineapple, vanilla yogurt, peache slices and vanilla, until smooth.
- Add crushed ice; process until smooth.
- Pour into individual glasses.
- Decorate glasses with banana slices and, if desired, with mint sprigs.
- Serve immediately.
